Graham is the Head Coach and Trainer for Rexov Professional Development, a company specialising in personal and business growth.
Graham is an internationally known business and personal coach and has featured as a resident coach on an International Life Style television program. He has a background in training, youth work, suicide intervention, and drug and alcohol counselling. For the past 10 years Graham has specialised in empowering others through coaching. This is achieved by supporting his clients to increase their sense of direction, confidence, and capability in all areas of their personal and professional lives.
Graham excels at creating tracking systems for monitoring goal setting and growth. So with Rexov Professional Development he has created the right environment to help people set goals in alignment with their true desires, and to take action towards them. What Graham loves most is working with individuals who are passionate about accelerating change in their lives.
Graham believes in the enormous, untapped potential that lives within each and every one of us and is committed to providing assistance to individuals and corporations to unlock this potential.
After much research into the personal development industry, he also developed “affordable coaching” and created “smiley goals”. (These are goals which get you out of your head and into your heart to make the heart sing, the mind expand and the spirit soar!)
Graham has been described as a teacher, mentor, coach and presenter. Among his greatest strengths are that he is highly creative and adaptable, and brings innovative ideas to the table which can open up new possibilities for people. For example he assisted one company with a joint venture idea that doubled their client base in a matter of months and saved thousands of dollars. Graham has a belief that every single person on this planet has the potential to amaze with what can be achieved and he, himself, is a living demonstration of that. In 2004 Graham himself designed and presented a runway collection of ladies evening wear, which was a dream of his that he made happen.
Graham’s life purpose is to inspire others, whilst continuing to grow, and to be a shining light to as many people as possible. This is why he created Rexov Professional Development and Affordable Coaching, so he can continue to support as many people from all walks of life to be shining lights to others in their lives.
